Kislay Raj is leading the analytics practice for the GCC capability of Philps India, navigating the ever-changing dynamic landscape of analytics and is based out of Bengaluru. With 19+ years of experience in the data and analytics, and having worked in organizations such as Barclays, TCS and Sopra Steria, here he is responsible for leading the analytics centre of excellence and driving the business KPIs via analytical and transformative solutions across all the functions such as procurement, supply chain, finance, product data, etc for different markets and businesses globally.
Academics: Kislay holds an advanced management degree from ISB, Hyderabad in Analytics. He has also completed his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune, and his B.tech in Information Technology from IIIT Kolkata. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP certified.
Over a span of 19 years he carries experience such as: setting up analytics development and operations offshore centre for the credit card division, and has led cross-functional teams while implementing data-driven strategies and driving impactful decisions across various domains for clients such as Boots, Barclaycard, GE, etc. His ability to seamlessly bridge the gap between technical and business needs has resulted in successful results driving growth in the organizations.
