Divesh brings 20+ years of leadership experience building and scaling cross-functional capabilities, innovation-driven offerings, and commercial growth across value chain of life sciences industry.
As SVP of Global Operations, Divesh heads the Unified Platform delivery portfolio for Signant across its customer segments. Divesh is also Global Head of DART (Data, Analytics, Reporting and Tools) function and leads strategic deployment of analytics across delivery organization. As Managing Director and Head of Global Capability Centres in India, Philippines and Japan, Divesh leads Signant’s strategic agenda on capability expansion, operational excellence, commercial growth, people agenda, and culture creation in the APAC region.
Previously, Divesh led IQVIA’s global P&Ls for Regulatory Intelligence, Channel Dynamics and Chemical Intelligence.
As VP & Global Head of HEOR at Parexel, Divesh built global advanced analytics, health economic modeling, evidence synthesis, and outcomes research capabilities.
Divesh brings extensive experience of building Global Capability Centers from his assignments with Eli Lilly, IQVIA, WNS and Indegene where he established enterprise capabilities for advanced analytics, data sciences, and RWE analytics.
Recognized as India’s Top 100 AI & Analytics Leader since 2021, Divesh is a keynote speaker on topics related to AI, Analytics and Emerging Technologies especially in context of life sciences industry. In 2019, Divesh co-authored “WILEY Innovation Black Book on Exponential Technologies”.
Divesh serves on various Industry-Academia councils including ones for Chitkara University, Amity University and Woksen University. Previously, Divesh served on the Advisory councils of UpGrad and Wiley.
