Hariharan Subramanian currently working with IRIS Software as INDIA HR Head and prior to this was working with Aspire Systems as Head of HR for Aspire Europe and based out of Poland. Handling the entire gamut of HR starting from Recruitment to Retention for their various offices in Europe and UK and he was heading their Talent Management Division for India before this relocation. He is having an overall experience of 18+ years in HR industry across various divisions of HR department. He started his career with TCS in 2005 as a recruitment team member and slowly moved into Business Partner role by his passion towards employee engagement. Briefly he was working for Oracle Corporation as a HR Business partner for their Product Development wing and joined Capgemini in 2009 as their Chennai Lead for HR. He has travelled onsite to UK through Capgemini for Culture and process integration project for a year in 2013 and left Capgemini as Head of HR for Chennai and Bangalore for Capgemini financial services. He completed his Masters in Social Work specializing in HR from DG Vaishnav College and UG from Loyola specializing in Statistics. He spends his time on listening to different style of music and with spare time on emboss painting. He is a state level orator in Tamil and also like to write Tamil poems. He has also published papers on Diversity and Inclusion and Performance Management as part of National Seminars. He has also co-authored a white paper on GDPR.

He has won awards as Top 20 Best HR Leaders in 2022 by Asia HRD , Top HR Leader 2023 by Vanakkam HRD and Most ICONIC HR Leader in India by World HRD Congress.
