He has been instrumental in driving TA teams across regions in ramping up captive centers. His ability to read the talent market and create out-of-box solutions for TA delivery problems is tremendous. He is hands-on and a certified talent sourcing specialist and has experience in setting up successful sourcing COEs.
With a Green Belt in LSS and a Continuous Improvement mindset, he believes in Recruitment as a combination of science & art. In the past he has had the privilege of working with global giants like Lowe’s, consulting with Citrix, Amazon after a successful entrepreneurship stint.
