Shubha Kasi has been with SunGard Global Technology from Jan 2011. She joined as Director HR, looking after Performance management, Compensation & Beneifts and HR Operations. Presently she has ownership for the Performance Management and the Rewards Centres of Excellence for SunGard's Global Soluton Centres in India and Tunis.
Prior to joining SunGard, Shubha spent over six years at Mercer Consulting, where she setup and headed the APAC Research & Development Centre and subsequently also consulted in the India market. Research in compensation covered predictive modeling, Human Capital analytics and product development. Before working at Mercer she has held multiple roles in consulting and line HR, in India and Dubai, working in HR implementation, strategic consulting and training.
Shubha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from Mumbai's St. Xavier's College and a management degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI, in Jamshedpur. She has received certifications from BVQI to conduct corporate audits and from CEI to implement the PeopleSoft HRMIS module.
