Rahul Gurjar is a Consultant with Towers Watson's Talent and Rewards practice and is based in Bangalore. He leads the High Tech sector vertical within the Data Services practice of the firm. Rahul has rich experience across areas such as compensation surveys, HR Metrics, M&A due diligence, process and policy harmonization and change management. He is the lead Project Manager for the High Tech India Total Rewards Study and engages the largest companies in India in that sector. Rahul also has a rich and varied experience across industries such as financial services, telecom and manufacturing on process improvement and change management exercises.

Prior to joining Towers Watson, Rahul has worked as a Senior Advisor for Talent Acquisition at Dell. He completed his MS (Industrial Engineering & Statistics) from Iowa State University and is a Mechanical Engineer from RV College, Bangalore.
