Ramki oversees the HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) in Emirates NBD Group covering L&D, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Performance & Reward, Organization Development and HR Technology. His primary role is to provide advisory and facilitation support to the businesses on human capital policies, strategies and programs that can enable business strategy execution.
Ramki has over 30 years of HR and OD experience in South Asia and Middle East. He conceived, developed and successfully executed several human capital initiatives such as job family framework, enterprise performance management, high potential talent program, leadership programs portfolio for developing future leaders and change management in a M&A scenario. The decade long HR transformation that Ramki led in Emirates Bank is captured as a business case by INSEAD Business School.
Ramki's central passion is to make organizations fertile ground for growing and actualizing human potential not only for achieving economic gains for the shareholders but also makinga difference to the community we live in. Outside work, Ramki enjoys playing golf, squash and basketball. He participates and contributes to sustainability related activities in the community.
