She was anchoring, re-structuring, and aligning HR practices for India Operations at ansrsource. Earlier, she was associated with GMR Group as part of their corporate HR division handling HR initiatives across various sectors of the group.
She is currently responsible to drive culture and growth agenda across the Organization while redesigning, implementing, and streamlining benchmark people practices for the Organization.
She has been instrumental in leading various HR Initiatives including CriticaLog being Certified under Great Place to Work along with others awards like HR Excellence Award in Culture Evolution (presented by Jury of 3rd edition CHRO Vision and Innovation Summit and Awards) and Best in Class Employer (Presented by 14th edition of Express Logistics and Supply Chain Conclace-2022).
She believes in building and leading strong people and process-oriented HR delivery organization, providing thought leadership on building diversity and engagement frameworks, managing change for growth, and creating channels for employee involvement and culture deployment.
