Daipayan Banerjee is an alumnus of Symbiosis Pune & IIM, Kozhikode with over 17 years of experience in the entire gamut of HR. He is a thought leader with special interest is in strategic interventions through HR to enhance business productivity. Daipayan has been part of the growth story at Deeksha, one of the most respected names in K12 Education, Test Prep & Ed-Tech for a decade now. As a senior leader he has been playing a key role in shaping the company culture & building a workplace to support transformative growth.
