She has been associated with organizations such as The Times of India, The Akanksha Foundation, Bharti Airtel, WNS, Hutchison 3 Global Services and InterGlobe Technologies.
She currently heads the HR Business partnering function for the India geo for HGS Healthcare. She leads HR Business Partnering for a 14,000 workforce with a team of passionate and committed Human Resource Business Partners (HR BPs). She has been responsible to design and implement high impact people practices with tangible business outcomes for the organization. Prior to HGS Healthcare, she was heading HR for CIBIL.
A strong believer in the power of the people narrative, Aparna has worked extensively and led a broad spectrum of strategic Human Resource programs around Values and Culture building, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Engagement, Retention, Human Resource Business Partnering, Compensation and Benefits Management, POSH, Corporate Social Responsibility and DE&I.
