Parthasarathi Mishra is currently working asa Board memberwith Amnaya Corporation US, a company listed with the New York Stock Exchange and also the CEO of GreenMen.. Parth's last assignment was, working as the CHRM with the Tata Steel Ltd for its Kalinganagar Steel,Gopalpur Project and OMQ (Ore,Mines &Quarry) division.He was instrumental in setting up,shaping&manning the Kalinganagar MegaIntegrated Steel Plant of Tata Steel, during the most turbulent times after the Kalinganagar massacre, in which 13 people got killed in police firing, which was dedicated to the Nation in the year 2015.In addition to Kalinganagar, he was assigned the CHRM role for creating Gopalpur as a SEZ hub in Odisha and alsoduring his tenure the FMD plant at Gopalpurgot commissioned and went ahead with commercial production in the year 2017.Parth has done his Masters from AIP(Earlier Training Institute for Productivity and Industrial Engineering, TIPIE,,Chennai), and Masters in Personnel Management and L.W. He has also done LL. B with labour law specialization

He has to his credit more than three decades of rich experience of working in Manufacturing, Engineering, Project, IT and Consulting companies in all the hard-core Human Resources areas. He has undergone special training on various HR and Industrial Engineering techniques from the APO, Tokyo and Toyota Production Systems Consultants, Tokyo, Japan.

Being a trainer and OD expert himself he has also undergone specialized training program from Thames Valley University, U.K. Besides working with Indian corporate houses like RPG Group and Essar Group, Parth has also worked as the Global HR Head with Zamil Steel Global and Director-HR with the Netherland based company Bateman(Currently Tenova).He also worked in other countries both as an employee and consultant with various companies in Japan, Europe, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Bahrain,UAE, USA, Thailand, Ethiopia etc. and deeply studied the HR practices prevalent in multinational and multi-cultural environment.

Prior to joining Tata Steel he was working as a Senior Vice President and heading the Corporate Human Resources function of the Company -Pipavav Defence& Offshore Engineering Company Ltd(Presently Reliance Naval and Engineering Limited (R-Naval)),the company which is the biggest ship building company in India and second biggest in Asia. He was also a Director in the Board of Pipavav Technical Services (P) Ltd and Pipavav Business Management (P) Ltd.

Earlier to Pipavav, Parth was a part of Senior HR Team with Essar Group based out from Eastern India and instrumental in introducing and setting up the company in Odisha and other areas in the eastern India.He worked with Essar Projects India Limited (an Essar group company) as its GM & Head-HR forits projects in Eastern India.

Parth is a family man.During spare time he plants saplings, writes poems & short stories, act in drama, and play Tabla.

  • Was elected as the president of National HRD Network, Bhubaneswar chapter for a period of 02 years i.e 2016-18.
  • Ex Co-chair of theHR and Industrial Relations (IR)Subcommittee of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Eastern Region and was a member of the IR Committee of CII at the National level.
  • Has been awarded as the Most influential HR leader in the country in the year 2017 by World HRD Congress.
  • Also received the award "Outstanding Contribution to HR Profession" in the Employer Branding Awards in Kolkata during 2017.
  • Received the award "100 HR Innovators in India" by World HRD Congress on 16th Feb.2018 in Mumbai.
  • Received the "Krupajal Samman" on 17th November 2018 in Bhubaneswar by KEC Group of institutions.
  • Received 101 HR Super achiever award from World HRD Congress on 15th February 2019 in Mumbai by World HRD Congress.
