He is based in Bangalore and is responsible for managing global compensation & benefits, recruitment and for building pipelines of future talent for InMobi across the world. Mr. Freitas has worked with Flipkart.com where he headed Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations for India. He is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from XLRI School of Management. He has worked with Hewitt Associates, the HayGroup and Procter & Gamble.
