Vishwa Kapadia is the Chief People Officer at Platform9 Systems and brings over two decades of Human Resources experience with global technology companies like GE, Dell, Intel, Infineon Technologies and Maxim Integrated (now Analog Devices).
With a double post graduation in Human Resources and a Certification in Diversity and Inclusion, Vishwa currently serves as an advisory board member to DELA (Diversity Executive Leadership Academy) DTUI.COM .
During her career, Vishwa has led various business practices, including talent management and HR business partnering and has been was instrumental in institutionalising the Diversity and Inclusion charter at Intel India and has spearheaded projects like Strategic rotations, Top Talent program and various Compensation and Benefits projects in India and across international locations.
Vishwa strongly believes in Supporting the business strategy with people strategy. In her current role, she along with her global HR team focus on building a high performing work culture to support their organisation, amidst a rapid growth, cloud-native market.
An avid supporter of social and environmental causes, Vishwa has also been an active participant on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committees throughout her career. She also volunteers with a NGO. to teach underprivileged children.
Vishwa is married and a mother of 2 girls, 15 and 10.
