Swaroop Srinivas is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and NITK Surathkal. Post MBA, he worked as consultant with PwC and then helped set up the marketing analytics practice at Dell Analytics in Bangalore. Post that, he started CareerCarve, a career guidance company that provides career advisory, resume building and interview preparation services.
CareerCarve has worked with over 52,000 students and professionals over the past 12 years, transforming their careers and changing their outlook towards careers and organizations.

Swaroop was involved in a venture to promote Indian handicrafts. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and Carnatic music. In the past, he ran a consulting firm to enable small and medium businesses leverage technology and analytics.
