Santanu is an insightful business leader who believes in the philosophy of business with purpose. He is passionate about building an organizational which offers a sense of belongingness and opportunity for its employees to leverage their unique talent. He is currently heading HR and ESG function for Schaeffler India. He held several leadership positions in Indian and global MNCs. An engineering graduate from the Bengal Engineering College, he pursued his higher studies in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI- Jamshedpur. Apart from being a dynamic professional, he is a keen follower of classical music ; soccer and is a travel buff. A self - driven transformational leader, he has successfully led various large scale interventions such as Organizational restructuring, M&As, and Cultural Change interventions during his 25 years career. His is actively learning ESG and Climate Action framework ; its impact on organisation; society and environment and how do we prepare ourselves for the future.
