She is popular as a Strategy Architect catalysing innovative policies and designing, streamlining and implementing processes across Talent Acquisition and Talent management, Performance Management and Rewards, Employee Engagement, and has set up result-oriented Learning Academies across Sales, Service and Leadership Development.
With an experience across the globe (India, the US, the UK, the Middle East, Canada, Europe and Australia), her current interest is in leveraging Agile for organization efficiency and implement digital tools to enhance employee experience thereby making the workforce ready for future skills for the small steps initiated by launching "Upskilling policy".
