Co-Founder and CEO of Team Pumpkin, Ranjeet Kumar set up the company along with his business partner Swati Nathani in 2012. The dream materialized from his desire to make a mark in the marketing & advertising industry, with a key focus in the booming social media space. With a strong belief that digital was the way forward, he envisioned a 360-degree agency that offered a spectrum of marketing services, with social media as the focus point.
Ranjeet fulfilled his educational pursuits at National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) and XLRI (Xavier School of Management). Following this, he worked at multinational conglomerates like ITC Infotech, Future Group, and Walmart India. With this extensive experience, he was able to erect Team Pumpkin on the pillars of account management, business development, and service strategy formulation. With this background, Ranjeet sought to help brands across different industries build, grow, and scale their presence.
At present, the agency services a spectrum of brands across a wide pool of industries. Some of the most notable brands that Team Pumpkin works with today include Swiggy, TATA Steel, Mamaearth, ITC Foods, and Prega News to name but a few.
