Over the course of my career, I have successfully partnered with leadership teams to scale up business operations through Organization Design, Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition. As Businesses matured, I focused on design and implementation of HR solutions for talent management and capability building to create 'Future ready organizations.

Currently the HR Head for Shriram Bioseed Genetics Business of DCM Shriram Limited having the research based genetics for improved agriculture in India. We have a workforce of over 600 on rolls and 1500 off rolls employees. The Business is on an exciting journey of growth and transformation with people forming the "core" of this growth.
