Deepti Tewari is a seasoned HR Professional, ex-Army officer and Author with over 20 years of experience in diversified Senior Management Human Resource roles with exposure to US, Europe & Indian Multinationals.
Currently Deepti is serving as Vice President Group Head Human Resource for Health Care Global Enterprise Limited( HCG); India's largest provider of cancer care. Through its network of over 26 comprehensive cancer centres spread across India, HCG has brought advanced cancer care to the doorstep of millions of people. She is responsible for leading 26 Units of HCG handling overall human resources strategy, global talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, talent development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology & employee relations.
Prior to this she was Global Vice President Human Resources with Quark Solutions, headquarters at New York. She headed Human Resource for Emirates Group, Dnata as National Head HR India & Personiv, as VP Human Resource. She also served TCS for almost 6 years.
She is a Short Services Commissioned Ex-Army officer, served Indian Army for 5 years.
Deepti holds a MBBS Degree and Executive MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur & Hospital Management from NIHFW, New Delhi.
