Dechen Mohanty is currently the Senior HR Business Partner at SVB Financial Group. In her around 15 years corporate journey she has delivered on the growth stories for MNC companies like Danfoss, Novozymes and Silicon Valley Bank in India. In one of her prior assignments, she has also led Danfoss India to win Confederation of Indian Industries' (CII) "Strong Commitment to HR Excellence" award, and herself also been awarded the TOP HR INNOVATOR award by Asia Pacific HRM Congress right here.

She believes that providing the right mentorship to young minds along with leading organizations with inspiring purpose and values go great lengths in not just building strong & committed self-managed teams but also contribute greatly to responsible nation building in the long run.
