Amulya Kulkarni Kanade is the Head of People Operations at Log9 Materials. With more than a decade experience in core HR Business Partnering, she believes in driving business results through people. Through her career stint with global MNCs like Intel, Qualcomm and NetApp, she has developed a deeper understanding of how innovation drives technology. She has dawned multiple hats- designing and developing initiatives in the areas of manager capability, employee engagement, leadership coaching, organization design, career development and driving HR process efficiencies across the globe. She is an inclusion advocate and has played a critical role in strengthening the DEI efforts by launching collaborative STEM initiatives with industry partners. She is an ally in true sense and contributed to streamlining the process for gender reassignment in her stint at Intel.

She graduated as an Electronics engineer and went to pursue her Masters in Business Administration from SDM and widened her learning as an exchange student at Mays Business School in Texas A&M. She believes in continuing to pursue her passion- learning 6 languages, being a finalist of Mrs. India Worldwide'19, earning a Mixology certification, travelling to 30+ countries with her toddler to being an amateur Piano player.

She is passionate about sustainability, the seeds of which were sown in her early years when she went to represent India as a youth delegate at the International Children's Conference on Environment in 2010. She contributed to the Charter of Human Responsibilities which led to a conversation with the govt. of Andhra Pradesh on introducing Sustainability as a subject in schools. Taking the aspirations further, she looks forward to crafting an exceptional employee experience that enables Log9ers to pioneer responsible energy through innovation and execution!
