Shreeram joined Thomson Reuters in October 2007. Shreeram is the Head of HR for India and Global Operations Center which includes India, Philippines, China , Thailand and Poland. Shreeram is a global organizational change and business transformation leader with demonstrated success in building HR capability across matrixed teams; trusted executive advisor with a proven ability to lead, coach, and influence at all levels.

Shreeram has been with Thomson Reuters for 11+ years. His earlier roles within Thomson Reuters include heading the HRBP for India Operations Centers, Head of Talent Acquisition - India, Heading HRBP function for Corporate and Professional group managing an employee base of more than 2000 headcount, Heading Recruitment for Corporate and Professional Functions.

Shreeram comes with a strong accountability for excellence with a focus on agile organizational readiness strategies; diverse industry expertise with an ability to quickly build credibility and redirect behaviors to maximize organizational growth and profitability.

Shreeram holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science. His career, spanning over 20+ years including 5 years of International experience in the Human Resources domain leading diverse teams within Resource management, Talent Acquisition, organization development, talent management, strategic planning, business transformation and HR Business partnership roles specifically in the Technology and Knowledge industry business functions.

Shreeram provides strong leadership and direction on key functional areas including Rewards, Talent and OD, Business transformation for the business being supported. Prior to Thomson Reuters, he has worked with other organizations such as Dell, Ad Astrum Technologies and Pentafour Technologies.
